• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & VisualizationCreate innovative and functional interior design concepts
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and space planning layouts
• Develop high-quality 3D models using SketchUp
• Create realistic renders and walkthroughs using Enscape & V-Ray
• Prepare client presentations, mood boards, and material concepts
• Ensure designs are practical, aesthetic, and execution-friendly
• AI & Modern Design TechnologyUtilize AI tools to improve design speed, creativity, visualization, and workflow efficiency
• Explore modern AI-based interior design workflows for concept generation and client presentations
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends, rendering technologies, and visualization tools in the interior industry
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance design and customer experience using technology
• Client Handling & Sales CoordinationMeet clients to understand design requirements and project expectations
• Conduct design presentations and explain concepts confidently
• Coordinate with the sales team for project discussions and closures
• Support design consultations and client relationship management
• Site & Execution CoordinationVisit project sites for measurements and design coordination
• Coordinate with execution teams, vendors, and project managers
• Ensure design quality and execution standards are maintained
• Handle basic site-level design modifications when required

• Understanding of AI tools and modern design workflows is a strong advantage
• Good communication and client-handling ability
• Ability to independently manage design projects
• Creative mindset with practical execution understanding
