Senior HR Recruiter

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across our manufacturing units and business operations. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring technical, non-technical, blue-collar and white-collar employees, preferably in the steel or manufacturing sector.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, offer issuance and onboarding.

·      Technical & Non-Technical Hiring: Recruit for production, quality control, maintenance, safety, engineering, administration and operational functions.

·      Bulk Recruitment: Handle high-volume hiring for manufacturing plants and operational units within defined timelines.

·      Manpower Planning: Coordinate with department heads and plant managers to understand staffing needs and close vacancies.

·      Recruitment Channels: Use Naukri, LinkedIn, recruitment consultants, employee referrals and other sourcing channels.

·      Recruitment MIS: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, vacancy reports, candidate databases and hiring performance reports.

·      Salary Negotiations: Coordinate salary discussions, offer approvals and offer-to-joining formalities.

·      Statutory Compliance: Coordinate with HR and Compliance teams on PF, ESIC and applicable labour-law documentation during onboarding.

·      Recruitment Drives: Support walk-in interviews, campus recruitment and other hiring initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile·  

    Male candidates preferred.

·      MBA / PGDM in HR or a related discipline.

·      3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in steel, manufacturing, engineering or industrial sectors.

·      Experience recruiting technical and non-technical personnel for manufacturing operations.

·      Ability to manage bulk hiring and multiple vacancies simultaneously.

·      Proficiency with Naukri, LinkedIn and recruitment MIS.

·      Strong communication, negotiation, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

·      Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
