Senior HR Executive

We're Hiring – HR Executive

A.J. Electronics is looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Hire candidates for technical and non-technical roles

Post jobs on job portals and social media

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

Schedule interviews with hiring managers

Coordinate employee onboarding

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Support day-to-day HR operations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience

Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
