Job Description
Job Role: Senior HR Executive
- Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding of employees.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, salary, and HR records.
- Manage employee queries, performance, discipline, and company policies.
- Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, warning letters, termination letters, and full & final settlements.
- Coordinate with management and employees for smooth day-to-day HR operations.
- Support payroll, PF/ESI, documentation, and other HR compliance activities.
Skills Required: –
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Recruitment and interview handling
- Basic knowledge of payroll, PF & ESI
- Employee attendance and leave management
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR software
- Problem-solving and employee handling skills
- Time management and coordination skills
