About the RoleGood Home Story (GHS) is looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in residential, commercial, and turnkey interior projects, with the ability to prepare accurate cost estimates, analyse drawings and BOQs, coordinate with vendors, and support project planning from the pre-construction stage.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates based on architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
• Develop BOQs, quantity take-offs, and project cost sheets.
• Source and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure accurate project costing.
• Prepare project budgets and recommend value engineering and cost optimisation solutions.
• Review tender documents, specifications, and project scope.
• Maintain updated material pricing and cost databases.
• Support the preparation of client proposals, work orders, and commercial documentation.
• Monitor estimated costs against actual project costs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and project requirements.
• RequirementsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in estimation for interior fit-out or turnkey projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and execution methods.
• Expertise in BOQ preparation and quantity surveying.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in reputed interior design, fit-out, construction, or turnkey contracting companies will be preferred.
