• Job ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end sales of residential properties.
• Connect with potential buyers through company-provided leads.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for interested clients.
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their requirements.
• Negotiate with buyers and facilitate successful deal closures.
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, BFSI, Insurance, EdTech, or similar industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of a local language is an advantage.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales.
• Must own a two-wheeler for client meetings and site visits.
• Currently employed or serving notice period preferred.
