Senior Account Executive

. Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of client accounts and maintain long-term relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, requests, and escalations.
• Conduct client onboarding and ensure clients are fully informed about products or services.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, support, and finance teams to ensure timely resolution of client matters.
• Monitor account performance and health, and follow up on renewals and contract extensions.
• Identify and report opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Prepare periodic account reports, status updates, and client feedback summaries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members as required.

3. Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in account management, client servicing, or customer success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and CRM tools.
• Professional approach to handling client concerns and escalations.
