Job Description

  • Scan physical documents and convert them into digital format.
  • Upload scanned files into the system/software as per guidelines.
  • Verify documents for clarity, completeness, and accuracy before uploading.
  • Maintain proper file naming and document organization.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and security of records.
  • Track and manage document status and maintain logs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for document-related queries.
  • Perform basic data entry tasks when required. 
  • Required Skills:Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with scanners and document management systems.
  • Good typing speed and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of file formats (PDF, JPEG, etc.).
  • Qualifications:Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or any Graduate.
  • Basic computer certification is an added advantage.
