Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

Conduct induction and onboarding training for new telecallers.

Deliver training on sales techniques, objection handling, customer service, and communication skills.

Train employees on product knowledge, CRM systems, call scripts, and company processes.

Monitor live and recorded calls to identify coaching opportunities.

Conduct refresher training sessions based on quality and performance reports.

Develop training materials, presentations, assessments, and SOPs.

Evaluate trainee performance through mock calls, quizzes, and role plays.

Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Track training effectiveness using KPIs such as call quality, conversion rate, productivity, and attendance.

Maintain training records and prepare performance reports.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Expertise in telesales, customer service, and objection handling.

Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret quality and performance data.

Good organizational and time-management skills.
