We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Lead to manage and guide our real estate sales team. The candidate should be capable of handling team performance, client interactions, lead conversions, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team
- Monitor daily sales activities and team performance
- Guide team members in lead generation and client handling
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers
- Help the team achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Train and motivate team members for better performance
- Handle escalations and support in closing deals
- Coordinate with management regarding sales updates and reports
- Ensure proper customer relationship management
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and positive team culture
