Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Solutions Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, following up with customers, and supporting the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
• Connect with prospective customers and schedule product demos.
• Understand customer requirements and business needs.
• Conduct software presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare meeting minutes (MoM) and proposals.
• Follow up with customers to support deal closures.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
• Collect customer feedback and share product enhancement requirements.
• Maintain customer interaction records in CRM.
• Build strong relationships with customers and prospects.
Required Skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of SaaS/Software is an added advantage.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
