About the Role

As a GT/MT Promoter at Gabit, you’ll be the face of our brand on the ground. You’ll engage directly with customers at retail touchpoints, create awareness about Gabit’s Smart Ring, and drive in-store conversions through strong product demos and consultative conversations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, understands consumer behaviour, and can turn walk-ins into confident Gabit users.

What Your Day Would Look Like

1. Engage with walk-in customers at assigned retail stores and introduce them to the Gabit Smart Ring.
2. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and real-life use cases in a simple, relatable manner.
3. Understand customer health goals (fitness, sleep, stress, recovery) and position Gabit accordingly.
4. Handle customer queries around comfort, sizing, usage, app experience, and pricing.
5. Drive in-store sales by converting interest into purchases through effective pitching and follow-ups.
6. Coordinate with store staff to ensure product visibility, demo readiness, and stock availability.
7. Share regular feedback on customer objections, competitor activity, and on-ground insights with the sales team.

Say Hello If You’ve Got

• 1–4 years of experience as a promoter, retail sales executive, or in-store demonstrator (consumer electronics, wearables, fitness, or lifestyle brands preferred).
• Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers.
• Ability to clearly explain product benefits and build trust quickly.
• Comfort working with daily targets and store-level KPIs.
• Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and peak footfall periods.
• Basic comfort with smartphones and apps (to explain the Gabit app experience).
