Role Overview: 

 

The Brand Promoter is a dynamic, customer-facing professional responsible for actively promoting 

and selling the company's products at designated IBO (Independent Business Owner) stores. This 

role is central to driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance at the point 

of sale. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with a passion for people and an 

ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Product Promotion & Sales 

∙Actively promote and demonstrate company products to customers within IBO stores. 

∙Achieve monthly and quarterly individual sales targets as assigned by the manager. 

∙Drive footfall engagement and convert walk-in customers into buyers through effective 

product storytelling. 

∙Maintain and set up attractive product displays, POS materials, and demo stations at the 

store. 

 

Customer Engagement 

∙Greet and engage customers in a warm, professional manner to understand their needs. 

∙Provide accurate product information, benefits, and after-sales support to potential buyers. 

∙Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints in a courteous and effective manner. 

∙Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and IBO store staff. 

 

Reporting & Coordination 

∙Maintain daily sales activity reports and submit them to the reporting manager on time. 

∙Coordinate with the store management team for smooth operations and promotional events. 

∙Participate in product training sessions, team meetings, and promotional campaigns. 

 

Qualifications & Eligibility: 

 

Education:PUC (Pre-University Course) / Any Graduation / Diploma in any discipline 

Experience: 0–2 years in sales, retail, or promotions preferred. Male preferred

Languages:Kannada preferred; proficiency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage. 

Salary- 24800 take home +pf+esic

Week off- Rotational Any one day off in a week
