QualificaƟons & Experience:

 HSC degree & above

 0–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in LAP or secured loan products

 Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer relaƟonships

 Understanding of credit assessment and risk principles is a strong advantage

Key Skills Required:

 Strong sales acumen and negoƟaƟon skills

 Excellent communicaƟon and interpersonal abiliƟes

 Good understanding of financial products (especially LAP)

 RelaƟonship-building and stakeholder management

 Data-driven decision-making and reporƟng proficiency

 Self-moƟvated, target-oriented, and result-driven approach
