You’ll be working with one of India’s leading mental wellness brands, Cadabams Group of Hospitals, driving real impact across communities through events, partnerships, and awareness initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For

High energy, outgoing individuals who are naturally extroverted and love interacting with people. Freshers with strong intent are welcome. Comfortable being on-ground and executing activities end-to-end.

Qualification

 Bachelor’s degree is mandatory. A background in Psychology is a strong advantage.

What You’ll Do

You will work closely on offline marketing and growth initiatives including doctor meetings,society activations in gated communities, corporate events and wellness sessions, MindTalk events in cafes and coworking spaces, and collaborations with preschools, kids gyms, schools, and colleges. From planning to execution, you will be at the center of it all.

Work Structure

Friday and Saturday: On-ground community events. Monday to Thursday: Partnerships and outreach with Doctors,preschools, corporates, schools, and institutions.

Compensation

₹30,000 - ₹35000 per month for freshers plus performance-based incentives.Compensation will be revised upwards after 6 months based on performance.
