Job Description
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to build and lead the commercial engine of the company.
This is not a corporate sales role.
You will be responsible for building supply, demand, partnerships, revenue processes, and ultimately creating the largest outdoor advertising distribution network in India.
You will work directly with the Founder and become one of the key leaders responsible for company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Leadership
Own end-to-end revenue generation across:
- OOH advertising
- DOOH advertising
- Transit advertising
- Retail media
- Influencer partnerships
- Measurement and analytics products
Responsibilities include:
- Revenue forecasting
- Sales strategy
- Pipeline development
- Enterprise account management
- Partner channel development
Agency Partnerships
Build and manage relationships with:
- Independent agencies
- Regional agencies
- National media buying agencies
- Full-service advertising agencies
Key objectives:
- Onboard agencies onto the platform
- Drive recurring campaign volume
- Promote measurement and analytics adoption
- Increase agency wallet share
Brand Acquisition
Acquire and manage direct advertiser relationships across:
- Real estate
- Retail
- D2C brands
- FMCG
- Education
- Healthcare
- Financial services
- Automotive
Responsibilities:
- Enterprise sales

Supply-Side Growth
