Field salesperson tasks:

• Visiting and maintain relationship with our B2B partners (cement dealers) - Maintain relationship involves sales, payment collection and convert more sales.
• Discovering new b2b cement partners area wise (making a database and following up regularly. Location and firm names will be provided; you will be required to visit them and establish a relationship that should convert into potential future sales figures)

Discover new under construction sites area wise (area will be disclosed weekly, cold call visits are required) - acquire new Building contractors (Mastry), owner information and make an active data base. Once contact is established, we require regular in-person visits, calls, emails to convert sale.

Job requirements:

• Strong will power, sales is not for the weak hearted
• Language skills - Kannada(fluent), basic Hindi and English is ok
• Dress neatly to be presentable(clean clothes and shoes, no slippers)
• Vehicle required(reimbursement will be provided for petrol and bike wear&tear.

Salary - 15000-20000 with commission (% shall be decided on slabs of sales)

ಕೆಲಸದ ಅರ್ಹತೆಗಳು:

• ಭಾಷಾ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ: ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಬೇಕು. ಬೇಸಿಕ್ ಹಿಂದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ತಿಳಿದಿದ್ದರೆ ಸಾಕು.
• ಅಚ್ಚುಕಟ್ಟಾದ ಉಡುಗೆ-ತೊಡುಗೆ ಇರಬೇಕು (ಶುಚಿಯಾದ ಬಟ್ಟೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶೂಸ್ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ, ಚಪ್ಪಲಿ ಹಾಕುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ).
