3–5 years in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Interior Project Sales within Interior Design, Architecture, Premium Home Solutions, Modular Interiors, Real Estate, or related industries.


Job Description:


We are looking for an experienced, confident, and result-oriented Sales Manager to independently manage the complete sales cycle — from lead handling to project onboarding.

The role involves client communication, requirement understanding, relationship management, meeting coordination, negotiations, follow-ups, and project conversions. The candidate will also contribute towards improving lead movement, customer experience, and strengthening sales systems as the company grows.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, professionally presentable, target-driven, and capable of taking ownership with minimal dependency on management.


Roles & Responsibilities:


Lead Management & Client Coordination

  • Handle incoming leads generated through marketing and business channels (No cold calling involved)
  • Ensure continuous follow-up until closure, non-conversion, or management review
  • Understand client requirements, budgets, expectations, and timelines
  • Qualify leads and identify potential conversion opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships


Client Meetings & Sales Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and designers
  • Encourage office visits for detailed discussions and presentations
  • Arrange virtual meetings whenever required
  • Attend client meetings along with designers to improve conversions


Proposal Management & Negotiation

  • Coordinate with internal design teams regarding project requirements
  • Follow up on presentations, BOQs, estimates, and proposals
  • Handle negotiations and commercial discussions while maintaining company-defined margins
  • Explain company strengths, execution quality, materials, and service standards effectively
  • Focus on value-based selling and conversion improvement



Business Development & Site Visits

  • Visit apartments, project sites, and residential communities for business development activities
  • Build relationships with apartment associations, builders, channel partners, and referral sources
  • Identify potential lead opportunities from ongoing and newly handed-over projects
  • Support offline marketing and referral generation initiatives


Ownership & Growth Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of monthly sales and conversion targets
  • Maintain disciplined lead handling and follow-up processes
  • Provide customer insights and market feedback to management
  • Contribute ideas towards improving sales systems and business growth
