Job Description
- Handle incoming leads from digital marketing campaigns, referrals and other sources.
- Make outbound calls and connect with potential customers to understand their construction requirements.
- Explain company services, construction packages, pricing and project processes.
- Schedule client meetings, site visits and office consultations.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and convert leads into bookings.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals and pricing details.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals while maintaining company pricing policies.
- Maintain accurate lead information, follow-ups and sales updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the design, technical and operations teams to ensure smooth client communication.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Build strong client relationships and generate referrals.
