Job Description


  • Must have experience in Sales of interior and architectural products.. 
  • Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to drive revenue and achieve company goals. 
  • Goal Setting:
  • Set realistic sales targets and quotas, and monitor progress to ensure targets are met. 
  • Performance Management:
  • Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide coaching to sales representatives to improve their skills and meet objectives. 
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Oversee and manage key customer relationships to foster satisfaction and loyalty. 
  • Market Analysis:
  • Research market trends and identify new business opportunities to expand market share. 
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to top management, highlighting performance and progress. 
  • Collaboration:
  • Work with marketing and other departments to generate leads and coordinate promotional activities.
