Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Manager to drive Gold Loan business through customer acquisition, market development, and team management. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing local markets, and increasing branch business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Gold Loan sales targets.

- Generate leads through field sales, referrals, DSAs, and local market activities.

- Acquire new customers and develop business opportunities.

- Manage and motivate Sales Officers and field sales teams.

- Monitor daily sales performance and team productivity.

- Develop relationships with customers, business partners, and local connectors.

- Drive customer retention, loan renewals, and repeat business.

- Coordinate with branch operations, credit, risk, and collections teams.

- Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.

- Maintain sales reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 3–6 years of experience in Gold Loan, NBFC, banking, or financial services sales.

- Gold Loan sales experience is preferred.

- Previous team-handling experience will be an advantage.
