Sales Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager who can lead, scale, and elevate the sales function at Arivya Silver. This role is not just about hitting targets—it’s about building a premium customer experience, training a high-performing team, and driving consistent revenue growth across online and offline channels.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive store sales & revenue targets with full ownership
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for peak performance
• Deliver a luxury customer experience (not just selling, but styling & storytelling)
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat & referral business
• Track daily sales metrics and improve conversions
• Manage inventory coordination & visual merchandising standards
