Job Description

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team.


Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.

Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-ups.

Handle customer queries and provide end-to-end sales support.

Negotiate and close property deals.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and closures.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Prior sales experience preferred.

Real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Strong passion for sales and target achievement.
