Sales Manager

We are hiring an experienced and responsible Sales Manager / Team Leader to guide our inside sales team & Business Development Executive - Corporate sales team at our international courier and Cargo company.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor the sales team to ensure daily and monthly targets are achieved.

- Motivate, train, and support team members.

- Track attendance, leaves, discipline, and overall performance.

- Work alongside the team during office hours to ensure smooth coordination.

- Maintain daily sales reports and follow-ups.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales team management (courier/logistics experience preferred).

- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.

- A target-oriented and responsible attitude.

- Basic computer proficiency.
