Job Description

The Sales Manager owns the centre's revenue. You will drive your own sales targets while leading the team to hit the centre's collective goals, and keep daily operations running smoothly so every member and walk-in has a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Target Delivery

  • Achieve personal sales targets month on month — memberships, renewals, personal-training add-ons and retail.
  • Drive the team to deliver the overall centre target; own the revenue number.
  • Convert walk-ins, referrals and digital leads; ensure disciplined follow-up and pipeline hygiene in the CRM.

2. Smooth Centre Operations

  • Oversee opening/closing, floor readiness and front-desk functioning.
  • Coordinate with trainers, housekeeping and maintenance so the centre is always clean, safe and equipment is in working order.
  • Handle member queries, escalations and complaints with quick resolution.
  • Manage billing/POS, cash reconciliation and day-end reporting.
