Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Manager is Responsible for Driving Revenue Growth by Developing and Executing Sales Strategies, Building Strong Client Relationships, and Increasing Brand Visibility in the Market. The Role Focuses On Acquiring New Clients, Retaining Existing Accounts, and Positioning The Company As a Preferred Services Provider.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

n Develop and Implement Sales Strategies to Meet or Exceed Revenue Targets

n Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities in Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Cleaning Markets

n Prepare and Present Proposals, Quotations, and Service Agreements

n Negotiate Contracts and Close Deals With Clients/Customers.

n Manage Key Client Accounts and Ensure High Customer Satisfaction

Marketing & Brand Development

n Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns to Promote Cleaning Services

n Coordinate Branding, Promotional Materials, and Advertising Activities

n Conduct Market Research to Identify Trends, Competitors, and Customer Needs

n Represent the Company at Networking Events, Trade Shows, and Industry Meetings

Client Relationship Management

n Build Long-Term Relationships with Clients, Property Managers, and Facility Managers

n Address Customer Concerns and Work with Operations Teams to Resolve Issues

n Ensure Service Offerings Align with Client Expectations and Market Demand

Reporting & Analysis

n Track Sales Performance and Marketing ROI

n Prepare Regular Sales Forecasts and Performance Reports

n Analyze Customer Feedback and Adjust Strategies Accordingly

Requirements:

n Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a Related Field

n 3–5 years of Sales and Marketing Experience, Preferably in Cleaning Services, Facilities Management, or Service-Based Industries.

n Proven Track Record of Meeting or Exceeding Sales Targets

n Strong Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication Skills

n Experience with CRM Systems and Digital Marketing Tools
