Job Description
- Greet and direct customers
- Use pleasant language and anticipate your clients' requirements to build and maintain a positive relationship with them.
- Give knowledge & correct guidance to customers while they are making their purchase.
- Sell Products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with the clients.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure racks are fully stocked take care of the display Manage returns of merchandise
- Promptly submitting customers purchase orders to the relevant department for processing
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Providing after Sales service to the customers.
- Maintaining Inventory Collection of Customer Data
