Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Bangalore

Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth in the regional market.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealer Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations and sales visits.
- Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Track local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline data and sales metrics in the CRM system; deliver weekly/monthly performance reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven track record in sales and business development.
- Education: Plus 2 and above.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English and Kannada; Hindi is a strong advantage.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong self-starter attitude.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel locally within Bangalore for market visits.
