Job Description

Generate new leads through calls, referrals, online platforms, networking, and other sources.

Contact potential clients and understand their interior design and renovation requirements.

Schedule and conduct client meetings/site visits.

Present the company's interior design, renovation, and fit-out services.

Coordinate with the design and estimation teams to prepare quotations and proposals.

Follow up regularly with clients regarding quotations, proposals, and project discussions.

Negotiate with clients and work towards closing sales.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Track leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales conversions.

Coordinate with the project and design teams during the handover of confirmed projects.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales reports to management.

Keep updated on market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
