Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
