We are looking for a confident and driven Sales Executive to convert qualified leads into premium residential interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries and conduct discovery calls.

• Understand client requirements, budgets, and timelines.

• Present our design process and proposals.

• Follow up consistently and convert leads into signed projects.

• Build strong client relationships and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability.

• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.

• Experience in interiors, real estate, luxury products, or premium services preferred.

Compensation: Fixed salary + performance incentives.
