SALES EXECUTIVE — B2C
Open to all experience levels | Full-time | B2C Sales
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will convert leads into customers, maintain timely follow-ups, and submit accurate weekly sales reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead conversion: Engage with B2C leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Timely follow-ups: Follow up on all leads within defined timelines and update Google Sheets after every interaction.
• Lead prioritisation: Categorise leads by interest level and conversion probability.
• Google Sheets updates: Maintain the shared tracker with lead status, follow-up dates, remarks, and sales amounts.
• Weekly sales report: Submit a detailed report every Friday covering leads contacted, conversions, total sales amount, and pipeline status.
• Problem reporting: Flag and report issues such as unresponsive leads, incorrect data, or duplicate entries.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Strong communication skills, self-motivation, basic Google Sheets knowledge, customer-first mindset, and honest reporting.
Freshers welcome. Training provided. Fixed salary + performance incentives.
