Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our automobile sales team in Nagarbhavi. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer enquiries, explaining vehicle features and offers, conducting follow-ups, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.

Explain vehicle models, features, specifications, pricing, finance options and offers.

Generate new sales leads through calls, referrals, online enquiries and local market visits.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings.

Coordinate and arrange vehicle test drives when required.

Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain daily records of enquiries, follow-ups, bookings and sales.

Coordinate with the finance, insurance and delivery teams for smooth customer transactions.

Collect customer feedback and provide regular sales updates to the management.

Support promotional and local marketing activities.

Candidate Requirements

Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.

Experience: 0–2 years in sales; automobile sales experience is preferred.

Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in automobile sales can also apply.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Customer-friendly and confident personality.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic computer knowledge.

Knowledge of the local Nagarbhavi/Bengaluru area is an advantage.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
