Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – Real EstateJob SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting property site visits, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through various channels including referrals, walk-ins, digital platforms, and field activities.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and post-sales support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Lead generation and conversion ratio.
  • Monthly sales revenue and booking targets.
