Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at our Brigade Road outlet. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with walk-in customers, driving sales, and ensuring every customer leaves with the right product and a great impression of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist walk-in customers at our Brigade Road store.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable mobile phones, accessories, and service plans.

Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Stay informed about the latest smartphones, gadgets, and industry trends.

Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing using our POS system.

Ensure store displays are well-organized and visually appealing.

Manage customer queries, returns, and after-sales service in a professional manner.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet overall store objectives.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in mobile phone or electronics sales preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about mobile technology and customer service.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Basic computer and POS system knowledge.

Minimum qualification: 12th pass; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a bonus.
