About Pakaoo
Pakaoo is a fast-growing food-tech startup connecting verified home kitchens with urban migrants and working professionals through daily meal subscriptions.
About the Role
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to work on leads provided by the marketing team and own conversion, retention, and onboarding end to end.
What You Will Do
- Follow up on marketing leads and convert them into paying subscribers
- Call potential customers, explain meal plans, and close subscriptions
- Collect customer feedback on food quality and experience
- Re-engage lapsed customers and drive re-subscriptions
- Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Onboard home kitchens and tiffin providers onto the platform
- Complete onboarding documentation and app setup with kitchen partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with kitchen partners
Who You Are
- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales or operations
- Comfortable making cold calls
- Strong communication skills in Hindi or English
- Self-driven, able to work with minimal supervision
- Basic comfort with smartphone apps for reporting
- Prior experience in food, edtech, or consumer startup is a plus
