Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to wholesalers, distributors, retailers, supermarkets, and business owners.
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up consistently until order closure.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Update CRM/Excel with call details and customer information.
