We are hiring and expending our team in South Bangaluru, we are looking young dynamic marketing and sales closures. If you are self-driven, self-motivated, self-reliant, coachable, go-getter, passionate and not afraid of hard work, and ability to close high tickets up to 50L-5cr will be added advantage.  

Qualification: BSc Digital Marketing or equivalent/Any degree

Experience in marketing & sales: 0-2 years, Maximum age limit 24 years. Male candidates interested to work with own 2-wheeler vehicle in South Bangalore only. 

Job description:

Stall experience in corporate cafeteria, and exhibitions, meeting corporate admin, tech park admin, convey our value add, and arrange stall, generate lead, and convert. Negotiation & Persuasion skills, generate leads, market properties, follow-up, deal close. Social media marketing, Marketing & Sales funnels, digital marketing experience we be added advantage. Training also will be provided.

Business opportunities available in Property Investment, Rent, Management, Sale, and Joint Development. The person need work to connect respective investors, tenants, owners, developers, corporates etc the convert the business opportunities.  Should not expect manager will tell do every day work and do micro management, should be self-driven, take responsibility.

Attitude: Should be honest, straight forward, customer focused, and value driven, win win attitude.

Job location: 1-5 kms radius from office location at Manipal county road, Singasandra, South Bangalore.

Office timing: Office open 10am to 6pm, flexible hours. We open all days. Any one weekday can take weekly off.

Salary: Basic Pay + high incentives on each conversation, no limit, more the conversion more the money, value driven, if no conversation, should broadmindedly accept basic pay thinking that that no value given to business. Embrace failure, Learn and correct in next month. 

Initially candidate will work in both marketing and sales areas, gradually team will be increased depends on workload. Separate sales and marketing resources. Initially sales closing is the priority.
