Job Description
Job Title: Sales AssociateAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Associate who can support business growth by identifying potential customers, attending client meetings, following up on leads, and helping convert opportunities into sales. This is a field-oriented role that requires strong communication skills, confidence in meeting clients, and a willingness to travel within the city when required.
- ResponsibilitiesAccompany the founder/sales manager to customer meetings and presentations.
- Introduce the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and online research.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
- Prepare quotations and basic sales proposals.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate them to the internal team.
- Meet monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Good spoken English and local language communication skills.
- Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable meeting customers in person and representing the company professionally.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to travel for client meetings when required.
- Self-driven, organized, and willing to learn.
- PreferredExperience in B2B sales.
- Experience handling customer meetings independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
