Job Description

Job Title: Sales AssociateAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Associate who can support business growth by identifying potential customers, attending client meetings, following up on leads, and helping convert opportunities into sales. This is a field-oriented role that requires strong communication skills, confidence in meeting clients, and a willingness to travel within the city when required.

  • ResponsibilitiesAccompany the founder/sales manager to customer meetings and presentations.
  • Introduce the company's products and services to prospective clients.
  • Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and online research.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings.
  • Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
  • Prepare quotations and basic sales proposals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and communicate them to the internal team.
  • Meet monthly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Good spoken English and local language communication skills.
  • Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable meeting customers in person and representing the company professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings when required.
  • Self-driven, organized, and willing to learn.
  • PreferredExperience in B2B sales.
  • Experience handling customer meetings independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
