Sales Executive – Real EstateCompany: Vaigaa Properties

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role Vaigaa Properties is looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage with prospective customers for our premium villa projects.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads provided by the company.
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • RequirementsMinimum qualification: PUC / Any Graduate.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
  • Must own a two-wheeler.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
