Job Description
Dear Candidate,
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining project details, pricing, and payment plans, and conducting site visits. The role also involves building strong client relationships, negotiating with customers, converting leads into successful sales, achieving assigned targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process. The candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a customer-focused and target-oriented approach. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Kannada and English communication skills are preferred, and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits is required.
