Job Description

Overview

Adeba Trading Private Limited is looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively find new sales opportunities and pursue them
  • Support the sales team in day-to-day activities
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers
  • Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure orders are fulfilled
  • Prepare and manage quotes, sales orders, and customer records
  • Follow up on enquiries, samples, and pending tasks
  • Address customer concerns promptly
  • Share customer feedback and market observations with the management
  • Help maintain strong relationships with existing customers


Qualifications

  • Experience in sales support, coordination, or customer-facing role, ideally in B2B.
  • Strong organization skills and with attention to detail.
  • Two-wheeler license and scooter/bike. 4-wheeler license is an advantage
  • Clear, courteous communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with relevant software and tools.
  • Fluency in English and Kannada; Hindi an advantage.
