Sales Coordinator

Key responsibilities:

Process Purchase Orders (SO) in ERP systems (SAP)

Create Sales Orders (SO) in ERP systems (SAP)

Validate order details including pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules

Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams for order execution

Track order status and ensure timely fulfilment

Maintain accurate documentation and records

Support invoice validation and resolve order-related discrepancies.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and SAP systems (preferred but not mandatory)

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
