Job Description
Role Overview:
The Relationship Management Consultant is responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement, satisfaction, and business growth. This role acts as a strategic advisor, understanding client needs and aligning them with the company’s products or services.
- Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Resolve client issues and escalate when necessary
- Stay updated on industry trends and client challenges
