Job Description

Company: Giant Phygital Ecosystem Pvt Ltd

Location: Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Weekly-Off)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST

Compensation: Up to ₹6 LPA Fixed + ₹4 LPA Variable


ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a target-driven Inside Sales Representative / Sales Consultant to drive B2B SME sales through structured calling, lead engagement, demo conversion, payment commitment, and sales closure.

The role involves engaging with decision-makers, understanding their requirements, presenting solutions, and converting qualified opportunities into customers.



CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Dials: Achieve daily outbound calling and outreach targets.
  • Booking Generation: Generate qualified meetings/demos with SME prospects.
  • Demo Done: Conduct/facilitate demos and move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Promise to Pay (PTP): Drive payment commitments and structured follow-ups.
  • Sales Closure: Convert qualified B2B opportunities into successful sales.
  • Maintain disciplined follow-ups and accurate CRM updates.
  • Handle objections and negotiate with SME decision-makers.
  • Follow the defined sales process and achieve monthly revenue targets.



WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Telesales, SaaS, FinTech, EdTech, or Business Services.
  • Experience selling to SMEs / Business Owners / Decision-Makers is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Highly target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
  • Comfortable working with daily/weekly sales KPIs.
  • Good follow-up discipline and CRM proficiency.
  • Willingness to work from office 6 days a week.



COMPENSATION

  • Up to ₹6 LPA Fixed + ₹4 LPA Variable
  • Variable component is 100% performance-based
  • Total earning potential: Up to ₹10 LPA
