CLIENT RELATIONSHIP – SALES COORDINATOR

Work Location: Whitefield, Bangalore | Qualification Required: Gaduate + MBA Preferred

Experience Required: 5–10 years in Sales Support / Operations

Work Days & Timing: Monday–Saturday (6 days), 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

Salary Range: ₹40,000–₹65,000 per month (in-hand)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day client communication and maintain positive client relationships

• Coordinate sales activities, respond to client enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups

• Maintain lead records, track opportunities and monitor follow-up status

• Coordinate digital marketing activities and follow up on leads generated through campaigns

• Prepare and update MIS reports covering leads, follow-ups and sales coordination activities

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate + MBA will be Preffered with 5–10 years in Sales Support / Operations

• Strong client coordination, lead management and sales follow-up skills

• Good communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi. Kannada is mandatory

• Must be comfortable working from the office. Candidates from nearby localities are preferred

Candidates Nearby Preferred : Whitefield, Brookefield, Marathahalli, Varthur, Hoodi and Kadugodi.
