Job Description

Sales Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

  1. Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  3. Conduct customer visits, meetings, and presentations to promote company products and services.
  4. Negotiate commercial terms and finalize orders with customers.
  5. Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic sales reports.
  6. Coordinate with customers regarding order execution, delivery schedules, and payment follow-up.
  7. Lead and support the sales team in achieving organizational objectives.

Marketing Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute marketing plans and promotional activities.
  2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  3. Promote the company's products and services through various marketing channels.
  4. Manage company branding and corporate image.
  5. Organize exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, and customer engagement programs.
  6. Prepare marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional content.
  7. Monitor market trends and customer requirements to support business growth.
  8. Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.


Quotation & Tender Management


Review customer enquiries, RFQs, and tender documents.

  1. Prepare accurate techno-commercial quotations based on customer requirements and specifications.
  2. Coordinate with engineering, purchase, production, and finance departments to obtain technical and commercial inputs for quotations.
  3. Ensure timely submission of quotations, proposals, and tender documents to major customers.
  4. Follow up with customers for quotation status, technical clarifications, and commercial negotiations.
  5. Maintain records of all quotations, tenders, and customer correspondence.
  6. Analyze quotation conversion rates and develop strategies to improve order success.
  7. Support contract finalization and purchase order processing upon order confirmation.


Business Development Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customers, industries, and market segments.

  1. Establish strategic partnerships and business alliances.
  2. Explore opportunities for expansion of products and services.
  3. Participate in tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations.
  4. Develop customer retention and key account management strategies.


Reporting & Administration

Prepare monthly sales, marketing, and business development reports.

  1. Forecast sales, market demand, and business opportunities.
  2. Maintain customer databases and CRM records.
  3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
