Sales and Marketing Leader

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive / Team Leader to join our growing team. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in building a career in sales, marketing, customer handling, and business development.

The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with customers, promoting our products/services, converting potential customers into clients, and supporting the company in achieving its sales and business development goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and identify potential customers through calls, references, field visits, networking, and other sales activities.
• Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements, and explain our products/services effectively.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert potential customers into successful business opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets within the assigned timelines.
• Promote the company's products and services through appropriate sales and marketing channels.
• Conduct market research and identify new customer segments and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer service and order/project execution.
• Prepare basic sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Support promotional campaigns, customer visits, and other marketing activities.
