Sales and Marketing Executive

Role Overview:

      We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to strengthen our brand presence, generate quality leads, develop customer relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Plan and execute online & offline marketing campaigns for brand and product promotion.

·        Plan, Manage and coordinate social media, digital marketing, content, and promotional activities.

·        Generate leads through digital campaigns, social media, events, exhibitions, calls, and networking.

·        Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and new business opportunities.

·        Connect with potential schools, preschools, educators, and institutions and present products/services.

·        Follow up with leads, conduct meetings and demonstrations, and convert prospects into customers.

·        Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

·        Coordinate with the internal team/designers/agencies for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

·        Track marketing performance, leads, conversions, and sales targets and submit regular reports.

·        Support seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and other promotional events.

·        Coordinate closely with the Sales team as and when required to ensure smooth lead handover, follow-ups, customer engagement, and achievement of sales targets.

What we are looking for:

·        1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related role.

·        Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Marketing qualification is an advantage.

·        Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media.

·        Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·        Creative, proactive, target-oriented.
