Job Description

Business Development Executive (BDE) – Job Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the waste management sector.

Meet potential clients including apartments, gated communities, commercial establishments, hotels, industries, schools, hospitals, and IT parks.

Conduct sales presentations and explain EcoSphere's waste management solutions.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Coordinate with operations teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Support collections and contract renewals when required.

Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.


Key Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Field sales and client relationship management

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and reporting tools

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
